We are excited to announce the relaunch of our company as Simpliconnect. Effective February 1, 2022, Tecmark has rebranded itself to its corporate name, Simpliconnect, Inc.

So what does this mean? Starting with this communication, you can expect to see the Simpliconnect name on all communications, our website and social channels, and marketing materials. The rebranding includes changes to all email addresses related to employees and services we offer. Don’t worry, we will still get your communications that might be sent to our old @loyaltymarketing.com domain. We do encourage you to begin using our new @simpliconnect.com email addresses in daily communications as soon as possible. We’d also like to ask that you add our @simpliconnect.com domain/addresses to your safe senders and contacts lists.

Why the change? Over the last couple of years, we have been building on our successful loyalty solutions for the convenience store industry to focus on delivering customer engagement in all its forms. In fact, that’s our new tagline! Driving Customer Engagement.

This new branding better demonstrates our key purpose of “connecting businesses to their customers.” As Simpliconnect, we promise we will continue to expand our offerings and continue to embody a complete solution
to engage our clients’ customers through an all-digital solution that is more than just a rewards program.

What won’t be changing? Our trusted customer support, program offerings, and people. We will continue to provide the responsive customer service you’ve come to depend on us for. We will still provide the same innovative reward and loyalty solutions coupled with our mobile apps, and we will continue to innovate to provide added value engagement solutions. It’s our foundational core values that enable us to evolve and meet the new needs of our clients and the industry.
