The Simpliconnect Employee Spotlight of the Month will continue with Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist, Kim Agudo:
q: What is your background within Simpliconnect?
a: "I am an Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist! I have been working with Simpliconnect's founder, Brent Harms, for 8 ½ years. I started off working in customer service and did that up until 2 or 3 years ago. It was then that I became an Account Manager/Onboarding Specialist.
I love my job because I love computers and all of the backend set-up that goes into getting our customers' programs off of the ground and running. I enjoy working with my co-workers as well as spending time with them outside of the office and firmly believe the work we do helps people."
q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
a: "I put great emphasis on having pride in work and life. In my free time, I love to spend time with my dog, Rebel. I am a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan. Much like work, I love to help people. I tend to offer up help to neighbors and friends if they need it.
Growing up in Hayward, Wisconsin, I gained a great appreciation for the outdoors. I enjoy going to Mud Fests over Memorial Day and Labor Day with friends and family."
q: What are some special talents that you have?
a: "I graduated from travel school and was a travel agent for a period of time before working for Sun Country Airlines for many years. I do my own plumbing and electrical work. I will do whatever it takes to get a job done."
q: Why Simpliconnect?
a: "I love the people I work with and believe in what we stand for here at Simpliconnect. I have a strong relationship with Brent [Simpliconnect's CEO] and appreciate how fair Simpliconnect is to its employees. I greatly appreciate the work/life balance we have. We work hard but also have fun together. There is always room for improvement and advancement because the industry is always changing and we are always learning."
